What is the best way to get my grandma organized?

This year, my grandma has progressively been getting more and more forgetful. Because of this, she writes notes for EVERYTHING she has to remember. And because of that, she has TONS of notes covering her kitchen counter. Does anyone have any ideas to get all her notes organized?
