Army ocs at ft. Benning?

My friend just barely graduated BCT at ft. Jackson two weeks ago (he barely ped the pushups on the PT) and he is scheduled to attend OCS at Ft. Benning. I have heard that the program is much harder there than BCT and i was wondering what the failure rate or washout was for OCS candidates that join. Also, what are some of the reasons that you would get kicked out of OCS and is it worth going through the program or is it better to go enlisted?
