I own a wolf German shepherd mix puppy?

My puppy is 12 weeks old and her mother is a full blooded registered german shepherd. Her father is solid black except for a small patch of white on his chest, he is 40% GSD and 60% Wolf. My puppy Kira looks just like her father except her ears are still floppy. I was wondering when her ears would start to stand up and when her puppy teeth would fall out. Im really excited about her getting bigger but not sure when her real growth spurt will start. She weighs 30 pounds right now at 12 weeks. Her father weighs 216 pounds and he is 2 years old, and her mother weighs 90 pounds at 2 years old. There were 14 in the litter and all survived only one is bigger than Kira. She also has a much thicker,softer, fluffier coat than the others. I just want to know when she will really start to grow and how long it will take for her to really look like her mother and father.
