Hubby says there should be separate urinals for s (religious reasons). Do you agree?

He never goes to urinals or public bathrooms b/c he claims men are always over--I am a good Christian mother and wife and I don't want other men looking lustfully at my husband--that is sodomy, idolatry and Jesus said not to look lustfully at other women (men in ual's case I guess we can say)...
