Why congress si so soft on Bangladeshi immigrants?Why it had not scrapped IMDT act despite SC verdict in 2005?

Many times I have said at this site that we must have a "शवेत-पत्र"(White paper) on congress history to reveal all facts about this present congress.This congress is most dangerous for India because of her attitude and activities just to grab the power.I have no hope from this congress that she will take any action in favor of majority in other word for India.But she will fight for these Bangladesi.
