Need help with gun problem.?

My Glock 21C makes squeaking sounds when i pull the slide back, forth, back and then forth repeatly and it is a BRAND NEW GUN... UNFIRED... What is it and what'd i do about it?... And i can't seem to pin point to where the problem area is located at but i think it might be a spring or spring rod or possibly both... Thanks for your time.
