I was watching TV, when the show stopped and a picture of Mickey Mouse popped up. Explanation?

That is really strange...it's not a TV virus...those don't even exist. Maybe the channel ran in to a quick problem and that was the picture that came up while they solved it. What do you mean that it was a creepy picture?
