Is the 40 billion contract award to the French Company instead of Boeing an Act of Treason?

It looks like the Republicans are only willing to wear little flags on the lapels. However when it comes to doing something for the American worker, they will always favor corporations over workers, even if it is a foreign corporation. What will they do next - out source the space shuttle to Russia or maybe make Air Force One some Chinese plane?
