Would the Stator off of a Kawasaki KX 125 Be Able to Handle a Headlight and Brake Light?

I want to turn this bike into a road bike. I want to add on a headlight, a brake light, Turn Signals, Tach/Speedo. Would it have enough power to run all of these? Would I have to upgrade the stator or anything else?
