Why is my snakes head scales turning dull?

the other day for like3 days my baby creamsicle corn snakes head scales were dull and her eyes were a little cloudy, at first i umed she was going into shed soon so i got kinda excited and made a moist hide for her in her tank but she never went in it so i took it out after, but yesterday i fed her two pinkies and then i checked on her today and the scales have gone back to their normal colour, she was a little cold yesterday too so i was just thinking maybe she was too cold? but i don't know cause im not a snake expert which is why obviously im asking anyone that can answer this for me please, and thank yoooouu.
