Search engines unsecured?

I usually use Google for a search engine, but today, whenever I've clicked on a link, it sends me to a random site, almost virus like. Otherwise, everything else is ok, I just wanted to know what exactly what I needed to do. Google does it every time. Bing is a lot better but still does it. Help!
