How many people agree with me that music is overcommericalized, bloated and stale?

Music sucks nowadays. The music industry is using artists to advance their own labels. Pop, I always fuc***g hated it but it sucks so badly now. Its geared towards dumb ignorant girls with cliched choruses and they don't even write their own songs. Rap, I admit Run DMC, Dr.Dre and 2 Pac were the sh** in the 80s and 90s, unfortunately it sucks. its overreliant on boring beats and autotuned hooks. Its simply geared for TV and ringtones. Rock, my favorite genre, bands such as Guns n Roses, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, System of a Down, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Metallica, Megadeth, Cream, The Stone Roses, The Pistols, The Ramones. i could go on all day. frankly, it sucks now. It started sucking in the 90s after decline of grunge. no new genre took up the mantle. Now, we either get pop punk, metalcore, emo or sappy alternative songs that all sound the same. Fallout Boy are queers. My Chemical Romance could go shoot themselves with a .44 Magnum. For my 8th grade literature cl, we are doing a presentation on songs. Unfortunately, my dumb ignorant s***head clmates all chose songs from this era of filth. It highlights the manipulation from the music industry of thoughtless dumbes. Even MTV was smart enough to barely broadcast music videos since they know how darn putrid music is nowadays. But they're hypocritical since they just do dumb reality shows geared towards mindless adolescents. I apologize since this falls under venting but its useless just explaining it to people right to their face since they don't listen. A typed explanation is better. To all the people who say I have no life, this only took me 5 minutes to type.
