Hair Thinning At 19! WHats The Cause?

Hello everyone im 19 years old and rencently ive noticed that my hair has been thinning in the front it wasnt like this a couple of months or a year ago and now i can notice it. I dont know what its from. And lately my hair has been itiching so much and ive been startching it and it seems like my hair in the front has become more than from stratching it my dad is bald and the men on my mom's side are not bal but their hair is pretty thin. What is the cause of this and how can i grow my hair back in that region and im a biracial male Black/WHite
