I am a registered nurse and will be transplanting my large family to Australia-looking at Perth. We can only consider the big cities because my adopted daughter has nesidioblastosis and needs to maintain a regular relationship with a pediatric endocrinologist. I do adult nursing and desire to work in a regular surgical hospital. Do I need special medical insurance for my family since we will be residents on a work visa? Can I get this care for my daughter? Do the hospitals help their employees with medical costs? Does anyone know if the children's hospital in Perth is adjuncted to a regular adult hospital so I can work in a hospital affiliated with the children's hospital? The housing market is so expensive in your country. Is there an area close to the hospitals that is safe for a large family that doesn't know the country-yet affordable? I pay $1350/month in the US for a five bedroom 1970's home with a pool in an excellent school district. What can I expect in the Perth area 4 this?

I own a wolf German shepherd mix puppy?

My puppy is 12 weeks old and her mother is a full blooded registered german shepherd. Her father is solid black except for a small patch of white on his chest, he is 40% GSD and 60% Wolf. My puppy Kira looks just like her father except her ears are still floppy. I was wondering when her ears would start to stand up and when her puppy teeth would fall out. Im really excited about her getting bigger but not sure when her real growth spurt will start. She weighs 30 pounds right now at 12 weeks. Her father weighs 216 pounds and he is 2 years old, and her mother weighs 90 pounds at 2 years old. There were 14 in the litter and all survived only one is bigger than Kira. She also has a much thicker,softer, fluffier coat than the others. I just want to know when she will really start to grow and how long it will take for her to really look like her mother and father. Had an hsg, on birth control pills, can i be put on metformin?

hi all, i was previously diagnosed w/ pcos. i had bloodwork done on my hormones, hsg- all fine. semen ysis for my husband- all fine! i am overweight, do you think they could put me on metformin to help w/ the weight control. i am not diabetic or have no sugar problems at this time. but what else can be next!? ive been on birthcontrol for about 2 months, to regulate a period- im very irregular and before my bcp it was induced by provera.
