Wireless internet for someone in the country and small town?

A cellular account, uming that some cellular carrier has a good strong high speed signal out there. Verizon probably has the largest coverage area in the country, with AT&T a very close second. Either one can ssell you a data plan and the USB card to go with it (no cellphone, just the card).
