Can gated community close off all public access exits from disabled tenant?

I live in a gated housing developement with north (pedestrian), and south (vehicles and pedestrian) entrances/exits. Because of the crime increase in this area, the HOA (home owners ociation) has decided to close off the northern exit, which is closer to my apartment, and easier access to a bus stop. I do not own a car, nor can I walk down to the southern exit to catch the bus, because of health issues. What legal recourses do I have, if any?

Small tattoo VS. big tattoo. Is there a difference?

I currently have 2 tattoos. One on my upper arm/shoulder and a small tatt on my forearm. That one is obviously visible when I wear short sleeves. I'm in collections and make $60k a year. My tattoo has never been an issue. I've recently became fond of Japanese art-specifically koi fish and dragons. I was thinking of getting my whole arm tattooed with one big Japanese style tattoo. Since I already have a small visible tattoo ALREADY,do you guys think it will make a difference if i get a bigger tattoo? If I'm out for a job interview I can always cover them up-and continue to do so if need be. With the lobster a good New Zealand sauvignon blanc such as cloudy bay if you can get it or most from the marlborough district and with the lamb a lovely pinot noir. Again i would go for a New Zealand as they will not let you down and unfortunately some of the even clic french types can just when you need them to be good. Unless you really want to change keep on with the pinot noir for desert also it will work excellently with fruity cheesecakes. I wouldn't use a desert wine as i think it would be too cloying. p.s. how about an invite? I'm drooling!

Help with disembly of a CZ 75 B pistol in .40 caliber.?

I recently purchased a CZ 75B handgun in .40 caliber and while trying to disemble it I found it slightly difficult to get the recoil guide away from the barrel to take it out....and even more difficult to get the recoil guide to go through the hole below the muzzle on the slide during reembly. Is this normal with these types of handguns? Am I doing something wrong. It is just a really tight fit and when putting it back in, the guide is at an angle and under a lot of tension and it is just kinda difficult...I don't think this will interfer with the operation of the gun....if anything I'd imagine a tight fit would be good, but I'm kind of concerned.
